Didn't the suit fit or the print didn't convince you? Don't worry! You have 30 calendar days to change it in any of our stores: Santa Fe, Antara and Satélite. If you don't live in CDMX, no problem. Our team supports you every step of the process.

  • All products must be in their original packaging, including the sanitary protector (if applicable)
  • Products that show signs of use or absence of labels will not be accepted for exchanges.
  • The return applies only to garments with a factory defect, such as seams, color or other flaws.
  • Use damage such as tears, cuts, fabric wear, stains or other use damage does not apply.

: Liquidation sales are final so they do not qualify for exchanges.

Shipping costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and must be covered in full by the customer. We recommend using a logistics provider that offers tracking as Tintarella takes no responsibility for lost packages.

For online purchases :

  1. Send us an email to that includes the reason for the exchange/return, your order number & contact telephone number.
  2. Our team will contact you as soon as possible.
  3. If the garment meets the appropriate requirements, the exchange/return process begins.
  4. Together with our team, the shipping of the garment will be coordinated. The customer covers shipping costs.
  5. Once Tintarella receives your package, another verification process will be carried out by us to ensure that your garment meets all requirements.
  6. If your garment meets the requirements, a logic process begins again in which the customer covers the shipping cost.
  7. Your new garment is on the way! Now just a little patience.

Delivery times for national shipments are 5-8 business days, while for shipments in Mexico City (CDMX) they are 3-5 business days.
