Delivery times start counting one day after the purchase is made. For national shipments the times are 5-7 business days & for shipments within CDMX 2-4 business days.
Express service is 2-3 business days, except holidays.

Within the next 12 business hours after your purchase, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order. In that email will come the tracking number as well as the parcel service in charge, and you can track it directly on the parcel portal.
